With SENCo's leaving the education section it is important they have access to the right support,  coaching sessions can be tailored to support the needs of the individual.

I can support witht he work load of the SENCo,  EHC applicaions, and annual reviews are time conuming, discuss with me options for supporting this.

I can support with the development of a SEND improvement plan, collating information on where you are now and providing suggestions for next steps  to develop the offer from the school

A range of options for SEND training are available for school staff, governors or parent groups around a variety of themes.  I can also support with Skills Audits and training plans for the team to develop awareness and planning.  These can be tailored to suit the setting.

Engaging parents in the development of SEND support in school is key to meeting the needs of the children.  I can support the development of this as well as offer support and guidance in managing difficult conversations or investigating school complaints in relation to SEND.
